Question Regarding Unofficial Patch Plus Incompatiabilies

Like the title says, I have questions. I saw the older thread where RoyBatty said the mod was incompatible with TTW and the UPP author deleted the list of issues. Just earlier, I was on the UPP page, and I saw a comment asking about the TTW compatiability, to which the author replied that there is none. When it was brought up that Roy said it was, the author stated that Roy was welcome to post about these issues (ignoring what Roy said about his original comment being deleted). My question is, what exactly is incompatiable about it with TTW?

Everything?  I don't know exactly what the problem is with the patch but at least once or twice a week someone was coming on here complaining of their game constantly crashing and generally playing like ass. The one thing that fixed all of their problems was removing that patch. Even the Nexus page for that patch was loaded with comments where users had problems with it.

It has technical issues, and "fixes" for things which aren't broken, not much else to say.
