I just installed To2w and I'm about to start installing other mods. I don't even know where to start, I want both new vegas and fo3 to look the best they possibly can, but I have a feeling a lot of the enb's and that kinda stuff wouldn't work with the fo3 portion. Whats your mod list to get everything looking as good as possible?

There's a great thread on here about installing NMCs Texture Packs and making it work for both FO3 and FNV.
Also there's a merged mod for Project Beauty/FNV Redesigned on this site as well.
AND there's a couple weather mods that really make the game, I feel, aesthetically pleasing to look at.
Last one I can thing of is Vurts Flora Overhaul...which again, has been merged and I believe there's even a FOMOD of it on this site.
The only thing you need to do is search for them right here on TTW and each post will have instructions on how to install them.
