TTW Variables

I'm working on a mod that's geared for TTW. I want to, however, check to make sure that the user started in FO3 and not in NV. Just to tell them that the quest will be broken if they didn't start in FO3.  I was wondering if there was some variable somewhere that you guys set to keep track of that? I assumed there would be so you could prevent resetting of skills and for the opening cinematic.


I used to have a life but then I discovered TTW.
