Ok I understand that you need to run this on FO3 mods being converted for TTW. My question is regarding FONV mods? Now I'm talking only about pretty simple mods that are not very complex that basically only do pretty much one thing. What, if anything, is needed to make those type FONV mods TTW compliant? Do you just need to add the masters? Should you run the conversion pack for those mods or is it something that you should not do or is just not needed? What exactly does the conversion pack do?

most nv mods work fine,
most nv mods work fine, although they might not do a single thing to the fo3 side of things. it depends on the mod. but TTW is an NV mod itself, so there's that.
the nv mods that don't work (and you'll note they're the ones in the FAQ) are the ones that use fo3's legacy assets in NV, race mods that do not have all age versions, and readius style mods -- they cause crashes with TQL

Where is the conversion pack?
Found the conversion pack in a link attached to a forum thread posted by RoyBatty himself. I was almost sure it no longer existed, since there was a link before that didn't work.
For those of you who are having a hard time finding it:

And yes, it's required if you want FO3 mods to work in TTW.
