So are you saying I can use the NMC Prospector Saloon Sign over the EWI one?
Why do so few people use MO with New vegas/TTW?

Yes. Open MO. Whichever's lower (for this I'll assume EWI) Right click and click information. Click the conflict tab. Find the sign in the list and it'll say it's overwriting the one in NMC. Right click that file and click hide.

Let's see if I can answer
Let's see if I can answer this correctly, if you are using FOMM, it is best to turn off your MO profile's auto-AI because they may conflict with each other. If you do not use FOMM or AI mods, make sure to check (left-click) your profile's auto-ai, check (left-click) all of the mods in the right plane's plugin archive tab, and make sure to check (left-click) let MO handle your mod archives (or something like that) which is also under the plugin archives tab.

@TJ I am not sure what you mean by manage my data folder. There are no files in my data folder except Vanilla files and NVSE scripts. I use MO to install mods and FOMM to manage my load order and enable/disable mods. I find that it crashes less and is easier to use than MO for that purpose.

You may have problems with
You may have problems with that from time to time. I tried it a while back for TTW and had purple faces. I worked with the author for a bit but he may have problems because he does not have TTW loaded or didn't at the time. As for installing through MO, that is the way to go and make sure if you create another profile, you install it again. As for launching the game through FOMM, you might as well use FOMM instead of MO.
I may experiment with it again to see if he now has it working properly.
