Honestly, I found MO game tweaking a lot easier, mainly due to the fact you don't have to tweak very much. Installation order doesn't matter, you don't have to reinstall a mod or set of mods if you install another *glares at every UI mod*. So long as you perform a clean start, and follow the MO tutorial the first time through, it's all fairly easy to pick up as you use it.
Because MO uses the virtual folder, there's almost NO tweaking required as far as installation. Once everything is installed you can easily move the installed mods around, and MO will tell you exactly what files in every single mod are interfering with what files in every other mod.
