I have taken a side-by-side comparison at my Fallout 3 game and Fallout:New Vegas both with over 150 retextures. And I was curious if I could install and see all of them in TTW. Do they all work? Or is it only NMC's Fallout 3 that works with TTW?
Do all Fallout 3 retextures work with TTW?

More or less anything that's
More or less anything that's a straight up replacer will work. You'll have some overlap, but if you pick good neutral textures it shouldn't be a problem (IE Not NMC's Red Rocks in NV retex. EWI's sand retex is a no go too.)
My project Dash is on Kickstarter!

A lot of textures are shared
A lot of textures are shared between games but tons aren't. The reason some conflict is the author was lazy and didn't actually check if the game really used them. Some are shared like the rock skirt textures so you have to pay attention to those. Most of the interior, clutter, and some clothing textures are shared, almost none of the DLC ones are.
I'm going to make a little database of texture replacers with a compare tool I have so people can pick and choose easier.

Yes, PLEASE do! I spend a lot of time sifting through the Nexus for decent textures/packs.
