Using the MO+FOMM combination

Post by LaEspada » Sat Feb 08, 2014 7:08 pm

Using the MO+FOMM combination, I have an extremely stable game now. I haven't had a single crash, CTD, or freeze ever since I fixed up my mods(from ones that weren't playing nice) since it was super easy to find out what is breaking because of MO's mod isolation. Combine it with NVAC and my game is amazing. I can play for hours on end without worrying about losing my progress.

I've been using MO for fallout NV (TTW) with no issues. I use it to install FOMods as well as non-fomods. If you do a manual install it lets you fix the directory structure of improperly packed mods, by drag-and-drop. I've also used NMM with it also, since versions before MO 1.1.1 were not able to browse directories for assets with the CK and GECK, so I would run them outside of it. But with the latest version it looks like that issue has been resolved.
