Had the ones that spawn near the Tepid Sewers area fight fine. I think one of them gives a Minigun. :3 Going to need to fight them again, though, since the first time I did I ported away near the captive around there. :/

Here's the issue with that: If SMs attack power is raised to the point that the power : speed ratio gets lopsided, it becomes more effective to attack unarmed than to use the weapon it has in inventory. If attack power is raised, speed must be lowered as a result or they wont use their weapons. The obvious issue here is SMs will wind up too slow if speed is lowered too much, so modders tend to negate the latter part of the equation.
