They're just retaining walls
They're just retaining walls. There a couple that are identical except for texture, they just didn't make one for stone it seems. I count 4 in Fallout 3, 5 in The Pitt.  Here is a picture of it missing outside Dukov's Place. Unfortunately the LOD mesh only covers the wall, and not the edge or flat sidewalk portion at the top, so it's not ideal if you're looking down at it.

Released FNVLODGen too http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/58562
Used higher res LOD textures posted earlier here with fixed LOD files from Roy, and extra rocks lod meshes from Sheson to make FNVLODGen resource pack.

Hey guys,
Hey guys,
I had an odd glitch after using this tool. Little blue icons appear over certain things in game, like NPC's or ammo crates, or footlockers, ect.
Here is a picture of what I am talking about. I put a purple star around it. As well as my load load order ![]()

I can't tell you what causes that little blue thing, but I'm pretty sure it's not this mod. I've got that exact same thing over a couple of my companions, but I don't even use this mod.

I'm going through meshes
I'm going through meshes\architecture\retaining wall\ LODS and redoing them. I just thought I'd say something incase someone on the team or someone else was trying to make better LOD meshes and textures.
