Your LOD like the vanilla renders the spill just fine for me. It still however does not render for me with LOD I generate through MO. I've tried without any extra mods and it makes no difference. Things like power lines added by Uncut Wasteland have proper LOD generated, so its working in part.
EDIT: here is an image showing the lack of LOD for spill, but additional LOD when I add power lines.

MO has been the reason for like 90% of error reports regarding TES5Edit and TES5LODGen since it's appearance on the modding scene, so try without MO.
Maybe you have some mod conflicts, so also try to generate LOD with only FalloutNV.esm loaded.

As I play I've noticed a couple issues here and there.
Big Town

Arefu

Seems to be an issue with houses and shacks, and the LOD meshes are present I checked, and nothing is overwriting them.

For what it's worth the LOD we generate for FO3 + it's DLCs will go into the TTW bsa, and we've discussed eventually doing an LOD pack for FNV + DLC. Obviously that wouldn't be a part of TTW but a seperate download.

@RoyBattly Not sure what meshes you checked, Big Town uses this mesh for houses Architecture\Suburban\SuburbanRanchDestroy.nif and it doesn't have a lod mesh. This is how it looks with vanilla LOD

The same with Arefu. Game misses a lot of lod meshes that should be there, but probably got scrapped by Bethesda for optimizations. We need someone to add them back

Huh, I swear Bigtown had LOD...
Well anyways
Question, if there is a lod texture in loose files, will LODGEN use that texture or still the one in BSA only?

It works as the game - using the winning texture, with loose files overriding those in BSA.

Yep it's known that many of the rubble piles don't have LOD. Also many of the LOD meshes (like super duper mart and the jefferson memorial) don't even look very much like the in game model.

Quick question: will this work with MO in its final state?
