Here are a few of the stories I did for one of my classes. If you think my writing style is good enough let me know and i'll write some Fallout lore specific ones. You can use these if you like as well. They're all between 400-700 words.

I know you mentioned "no
I know you mentioned "no characters" which I assume is "any character that has been used in any Fallout game" but what about a character's relation? ie Rilley's Dad possibly, or Three Dog's mentor something along those lines? That way it still has a very strong connection to the world.
