Okay, i made a request for a mod called plasmaperks on the nexus forum.

SO... im going to test it out now with TTW using the A3-21. IF THIS WORKS I'LL TELL YOU. I REALLY THINK THIS COULD BE ONE OF THE BEST ENERGY WEAPONS MODS EVAH!


Am i the only one that that thought bane was Dr.Evil's son?
