Can we get rid of those lateral black bars?

Yes you can (or at least you could in FO3 with FOSE - and NVSE has more stuff in it than FOSE did) but I have completely forgotten how, I'm sorry.

Thanks for the answer LT Albrecht,

Do you know somebody who have the know how and maybe the interest to get rid of those bars?

I think that I can do the scope texture.

Check out Book of Earache for FO3, I know Earache did it for that mod because the SCAR uses a similar technique to what you're trying (less the blur round the outside). IDK if he did something similar in BoE NV but it might be worth a look.

Earache for FO3 was a good start. No script for the SCAR.

it is the nif (mesh) of the scope that is creating the black bars not the texture.

When adding fScopeScissorAmount=0  to Fallout.ini, we get rid of the two white bars and see all the scene.

I tried many mods to add blur effect when aiming. Dynavision 3 seems to be the best that I fond but the aim blur is still not blurry enought.

Does anybody knows how to get the Dynavision 3 aim blur more blurry?

Thanks

This is what I love about the TTW forums. Someone posts an idea that's functionally impossible, and instead of insulting them for it, we start figuring out ways to approximate it as best we can, and then start experimenting.

We're on the cutting edge here, people! ^.^
