Not related to this mod since I didn't installed it yet, but for some reason Wadsworth is stuck in my Megaton house, I think it was because I converted 2nd Home at Tenpenny house and see if I had any problems with it (I was testing it because someone said they did converted it but it wasn't working) after I uninstalled it Wadsworth is just stuck in my Megaton house room, that mod says it has an option that locks the robots in place if we use some conversation option or something, another alternative to make the robots stay put somewhere I guess.

Just a thouhgt, there should be a way to get the TT suite while disarming the megaton bomb. Imo, you should be able to buy/get free the suite after taking care of the ghouls. I thought that was the way to get it while playing f3 for the 1st time

That would be very nice, actually.
not only would it save us the trouble of converting one of the various FO3 mods that does that, it would allow us to marvel at the artistic master pieces that chuck has presented us with in one game. :)
not to mention being a great money sink. for all those piles of caps we all end up with, something worthwhile to spend them on.
Oh wow. This is awesome. I'm definitely going to be installing this when I get around to updating TTW...I'm still on 1.4 and I'm not about to scrap 150 hours of play to update :P...I third the "Second home at Tenpenny's" function though. In both games I would usually live out of one home and send followers to retirement in the other. in Vegas I do this with the Lucky 38 home(Follower resort) and the House of the Chef from Puce Moose's Tales from the Burning Sands mod(My own home). In DC, yeah, Megaton house is mine, but I can't also get the Tenpenny home like I'd like.

Heh, I'm floating 900,000 caps and probably another 500K worth of assets between the two wastelands. Most of my assets are tied up in five bajillion rully repped suits of power armor and the thirty thousand alien disintegrators I got from Mothership Zeta(That stack alone? 95,000 caps total worth).
I wouldn't object to having to fork over a six figure sum to get that Tenpenny Suite deed. Gives me a reason to liquidate some assets.
