Audio overhauls

Hi ! I absolutely love TTW. Much more stable and cool to play with NV engine. And cool mods.. But i miss two mods from fallout 3 very much...

Fallout 3 - HD audio overhaul (adds much immersive ambient music to game. Main menu Replacer music works but nothing more works.)

Ambient wasteland sounds 2 (adds sounds like crows, dog barking and distant gun shots to game. FalloutNV version of this works at Mojave wasteland but not in CapitalWL. No Fallout 3 version works either)

Im asking that is it possible to convert these mods to work with TTW since they have only audiofiles in them ?? Can someone please do that or is there any tutorial to do this ? Please help these are about my one favorite mods and its so empty without them x( !

Hi, ikiz, Yeah some more sounds would be good, I thinking of a "quick" Mod ...

1: Digitize lots of Tennis Matches, Football Games & other interesting places, where Knuckle draggers hit each.

2: Collect Just the "Grunts" - "Groans", "hard Landings" etc,

3: Select the Best,

4: ADD some sound variety to the humble past-time of killing Villians, Mutants & Rouge AI

Cause constantly repeating same sound files over & over, is the big killer with Longevity in games, it drives some people nuts (or nuttier, in my case) ....

Is there a Mod to Do this sort of thing already, I found lots of amibient & Npc chatter MODs, but so far nothing that really changes combat sounds variety, except maybe a faction/mission mod ?

If you want change your combat sounds im using all weapon sounds overhaul https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/62870/ it gives cool sound for guns ! I have not found a proper "distant sound" mod yet tough and AWS 2 isint working in CapitalWL in my case. I dont know much about tweaking also..

Thanks, ikiz, but not I what I was looking for, guns sounds are fine to me, I would like different "sound of death", or Differences in sounds visa-vi, Grunts, Groans, Body slams etc, when bashing a mutant to death with a tire-iron & fists, say ...

I may have to learn more about this thing they call "modding", and do it myself, thou ..

Ah damn.. my bad. I found this mod http://www.moddb.com/mods/immersive-death-sound-replacer/downloads/nvdeathsoundreplacer im not sure is it what your looking for but it changes death sound more immersive to player i think ? I understand your idea of "beating guy to dead and hear it loud" (correct?) and im suprised that no ones ever done that it seems :O Good luck to learn modding if youre going to learn :D !

Thanks ikiz, That mod was more like it, but still not completely what I had in mind, I am also talking "fighting" sounds, Grunts, groans, screams & hard Landings on Ground, etc .. Plus some new "sayings" as they die would be good, when you are up close & personal, with a sprite you hate ..

So Yes, I Must LEARN, some more, I only been at "modding" fallout, for a week or 2, but I see how "easy" it is, so maybe next week, LOL ..

Seriously thou, I will be using a mod about "Sounds of death", (if I get off my butt), to learn more about modding, just for me, so even if I make it for only me, I least I learn something, so I will get on with it ..
