MO has no settings for GECK other than those you've already made.
Basically all we are doing is providing a plugin list of those dynamically loaded plugins loaded by MO, works in exactly the same manner as it does for xEdit or the game itself.

I bet MO made a copy of the GECK ini's from the My Games folder and that is what is causing the issue, search the directory where MO keeps it's data for them.

MO did not make .ini for GECK. i tried physically copying all the fo3 .esm's temporarily into the data folder and was able to load the plugin and resave the scripts like on the video then removed the dirty edit. but... it did not work so i removed the plugin and did some searching and found this instead and it actually works http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/59048/? so ... Anyways thanks for trying to help me figure out this problem did not really expect the response i got for this.
