Transformation curse?
You know how in Shrek Princess Fiona turns into an Ogre every night, is it possible to store seconday face gen data in the player specifically for their transformation as well as a perk that morphs various attributes? After all an Ogre should not have the same charisma and strength as a human should they? Shouldn't there also be a duplicate faction storage since no one recognizes you? Also for there to be an ogre there has to be a custom race type, which will inevitably break the game's ending without a patch.

On a serious, non-implicating note, I have no idea if this is possible, but if the Oblivion Moddershall figured out a way to do that, maybe there is a similar method for Fallout.

The idea isn't to bring Shrek
The idea isn't to bring Shrek to Fallout - that was just an example. He wants a "curse" like the Skyrim werewolf transformation, but works on a different trigger, like the sun going down/coming up. Seems to me, you'd need a script that tracked the time, then do SetRace on the player at dusk/dawn, maybe with an effect to make it clear it's a magical transformation. If the races you swap between are custom, they could have whatever look you want.

Maybe it's some kinda Jekyl
Maybe it's some kinda Jekyl/Hyde scenario, mutated FEV triggered by chem/alcohol use, debuff some stats, buff others.
