Ghoulification from Fallout 3

Hi guys, long time ago (when i was still playing Fallout 3) i found a mod which made you a ghoul if you had too much radiations.

I've always thought that it was very immersive (the LITE version) and now that i'm playing Fallout TTW i somehow miss it, so i was wondering if some of you guys could convert it in a TTW version.
