Advanced Tesla Armor

I need a quick mod that adds the advanced tesla armor onto enclave soldiers. I'm aware that TTW 3.0.0 will do this but that update is gonna take months to complete and I'm also aware of other mods that add the armor but I just want the advanced tesla armor, nothing more, nothing less. I gotta wear that electrifying enclave swag.

OK, honestly I don't need it. But I really want that tesla armor so bad.

I don't know how to do it. I'm terrible with GECK. I guess I'll just have to use cheats and get the remnant's tesla armor when the enclave shows up.

You can do it in fnvedit very easily. Anyone modding their game should now how to do it

I never even touched new vegas edit or geck. I can't figure out how to create things let alone place things where I want. I'm can't make mods, I can only download them. (and sometimes test them to see if there's no problems with perks and such)
