So, I'm requesting an awesome fallout 3 mod for TTW. I'm new to modding, and i seriously cant mod at all, and i assume that converting this mod wouldnt be too hard.. maybe

Download the file, if there is no esp or esm file included then it is just a replacer and wont need converted.
