I've always loved TTW, but I wish it kept the east coast and the west coast separate. I wanted the Capital Wasteland uniques to use it own weapon models (i.e. Blackhawk uses FO3 Scoped .44 Magnum, Ol' Painless uses Capital Wasteland Hunting Rifle, etc.) and that  the Capital Wasteland doesn't have  Mojave weapons (It just doesn't feel right when a raider in FO3 is using a service rifle). From what I understand this wouldn't be too difficult, and I would so it myself if I had the time to learn.




On a separate note, if its possible to restore .32 rounds, it would be awesome if .22LR Revolvers were replace with the original .32 Revolver and if there were Capital Wasteland .32 Hunting Rifle and  separate .308 Hunting Rifles in the Mojave. Also if the replaced Silenced 10mm Pistols (I think they were replaced with .22 Silenced Pistols?) were restored as "10mm Pistol +"s with a Mojave silencer mod pre-placed on.

The next release will have many of these things already. All of the new armor have been moved to an optional. A lot of the Mojave only weapons such as NCR and Gunrunners weapons have been removed, most of the "cowboy" weapons also. The .357 and Varmint Rifle will stay as they are common anywhere in the US, as well other weapons from WWII such as the 9mm SMG (Grease Gun). The Tesla Cannon is now a prototype like the BoS say it is and uses the original blue F3 model as well as really 1 shotting vertibirds. The Gauss rifle also is using the unique model from Anchorage, is unique and has it's original effect.


My own tweak mod will restore the .32 pistol, .32 hunting rile. It will have a unique ol'painless and law dog (other uniques later). The Silenced 10mm will make use of the Heavy Frame mod which was cut from NV. It will also have the books restored and all of them set to give 1 or 2 points (mojave also) to slow maxing out your skills. Some other balance tweaks.

That is an impressive list of changes, looking forward to it.


Not sure if this will be addressed, or what the stock game(s) used, but I find it odd/unrealistic that all the sniper rifles use the same .308 round as the hunting rifle, yet yield different damage. 


.308 is a fine hunting round, and I assume its use as universal rifle ammunition is simply for game convenience, but would prefer to see a larger calibre for sniper-specific rifles.  Just a pet peeve, off my soapbox now, moving along...
