God-like Puppettron has already uploaded his simple yet very effective Armor specialization perk mod. But...

I think this would be working well with Puppettron's work and Deadboy's conversion of PPA. Didn't use lothario's mod yet but many comments

are mentioning serious incompatibilities especially with PN and other custom PA's from various mods.

Can any interested modder convert lothario's mod to TTW-friendly?

Never :) Every team member including you makes F3 NV really playable so your works are never mundane!

i can't afford a new hat, quit making my head swell.

just looking over the description and knowing how i did my perk set, it looks like making things compat would be simply a matter of adding things to the formlist he uses.
