I wanted to know if anyone had the Open Cities mod for Fallout 3, and if you have it, can you please upload it? 


Something else along the line of this post... I tried to merge all the Villas in Dead Money into one cell, and uhhh.... Failed. I had problems with rotation and did not know how that would play out with the quests requiring you to go here and there. I had that idea for a while and was wondering if it was any way possible. I didn't think so because the villa doors don't have textures on the other side, which was also a problem. 


Sorry this post was a bit vague, didn't know how to put things. Well, there wasn't really anything to put.

Open Cities won't work in

Open Cities won't work in Fallout 3. It was tried several times and all attempts failed. The reason is that the cells around the cities are already pretty busy and the cities (i.e. Megaton) are very busy too.


It's even more bad with the inner DC cells. Here already had Bethesda to optimize in the small cells (initially it was planned that inner DC is one big area but Bethesda had to change this in the middle of development, that's how we got the subway).
