but i wanted to ask if there is a good ini. tweak tutorial for ttw

that shows what you can do to raise performance or beauty in your game

roy's a walking ini tweak guide.  whether he chooses to tell you things is his own business though.

There's tweaks in the performance thread.

Only other tweaks I use are the ones for lod/light distance that aren't mod specific.
