I don't know of any out there, but i'm planning to build my settlement around a home in point lookout. I don't have any real modding expertise or experience, but making a small shack with some player owned stuff wouldn't be too hard. As well as that, you could use all the Furniture and stuff from new vegas and all of its addons. I mean, PL is pretty desolate. it would be nice to have a little shack with some punga fruits you could grow.

I had an idea for a 'mad scientist' home that would fit into the PL area, as it uses the lab kit.The idea is a mix of the PL hack shop kind of place with OWB tech to add a bit of flair to the place. So you'd have brains in jars inside stasis boxes and stuff. I've got some cool ideas, just need time to finish it, but it's one I want to work on soon. Have some pics, if for nothing else than your own ideas.

I like the idea of a mad scientists lair, however; I had another idea, The grower's shack is perfect, I'd just need to change everything so its safe to store gear, sleep in the bed for a bonus ect. if i can figure it all out ill post the file.

Point Lookout is my fav DLC.
It was a very nice change up from the Capital Wasteland.
I mean there were TREES.
Plus you get to go through the excellent mod In the Shadow of the Swamp by Puce Moose.
Because you don't need to out run a Deathclaw.
You just need to out run your companions (Just bring a lot of companions in case the Deathclaw is really hungry!).

You had to spoil my surprise Korodic
the player home I have been working for this last couple of days is a submarine player house placed near Rivet City called USS Seawolf. I don't know how to make it movable and since there is not much deep enough water around the CW for it to be able to move for the moment is just stuck between two rocks.
Although I was thinking about making it possible to use it to travel to and from PL after being there for the first time so it could be a Player's House you can use in both DC and PL
. But I will need to learn a lot of new stuff to be able to do it so I am waiting for next week when I get paid and can buy more meds to start digging in how to do it (as I found out, modding without meds is like swimming without water, you might be able to slowly move forwards sometimes but for the most part you won't.).
