Where can I see which reference TTW uses?

and where exactly can I edit it?

 Shovel. I've outlined how to fix this mod several times in the past month or so, so you're getting the crash course:

• 
  search for the refIDs next to [REFR: one at a time and change them to the TTW version of the shovel

There's a search by Base ID in Edit. That's what you'll use to search.

Would be nice if you can direct me to one of your posts where you described how to fix this problem.

Type in the RefID in search - then press enter. It'll bring you to that item. The only conflict you should see is where it shows the BASE form. The one under the PL/ TTW column or whatever will have the right baseID, PL Reborn wont. Click and hold on the words for the BASE under PL/TTW (I think it's PL, but I don't remember) and drag them into the cell directly to the right under the PL Reborn column. When you drop the words there it should go green. Repeat for all the conflicts.

One question though, what exactly has to be changed here? No multiple columns here.

Is this still about the shovel or something else? 0A0082B5 can not be found. Should I change it to the BaseID of the shovel?

yeah, it's a shovel. For that one go to one you've already done, right click the base and click edit, when the window pops up press ctrl +c then go back to that one and right click edit ctrl +v. If you use the newest version of Edit you can press ctrl +1 on that record to place a bookmark then go to the other one and when finished alt +1 will bring you back.
