When a script is compiled it turns the commands into numbers. So AddItem might translate to 65 and RemoveItem might be 66 and so on and so forth. FOSE and NVSE do the same thing, each command is assigned a number. So if the numbers line up between FOSE and NVSE and the functions still do the same thing, then recompiling is not necessary. This is rare but could potentially happen. Always recompile FOSE scripts when converting mods for TTW.

Hello Keltec, by recompiling you mean open it in GECK and save it right?

Yes that is correct and review what Jax stated above.

Backpack compatible is easy,
Backpack compatible is easy, you just need to open the mod in geck and chance the slots used by the weapons in the backpack.
Abotu the FNV version, you need to make the meshes , and sorry i can't help you with that, i'm not good at modding

the "weapons on the back"
the "weapons on the back" items are inserted into the Backpack slot, if you open them. JHust remove it and add another slot used instead of the backpack, like ,for exampls, bipod slot 1 ( idont know the right numbers, there are some)

Hate to necro, but figured it beat making a new thread on this issue.
Is there any chance of this conversion being picked up again? I don't know enough about the GECK to recompile, and I'd love to have this mod in-game.
