I use an alt/strt mod for FNV, the one with the FO3 baby book, but of course when it kicks me to DC I have to go through the whole birth thing again (I ALWAYS hated that sequence).  I'd be forever grateful to any modder who could put me either at the Vault 1 exit or just outside it on startup.
