Drop kick the son of a bitch (Request)

We've been chatting in the Public chat room and bunch of us think it would be awesome to be able to drop kick people in the face. With full animation. Like a VATS scene. Preferable with no fight consequences, or a way to get out of it cause Moriarty deserves it but I don't want to kill everyone in Megaton for the pleasure.

Animations would probably be a pain. Nevertheless +1.

Without animations you could just make it so when you pass the check the person flies through the air and either gets fatigue or HP damage (that could possibly depend on your skill or level of perk if it is a perk)

I made a fling spell for Oblivion that just launched people into the air. REALLY high up. It was quite fun.

I think this sort of thing needs animations to feel proper though.
