[REQ] expand Wasteland Travel Caravans to TTW

There is a nice FO3 Mod -> http://fallout3.nexusmods.com/mods/7701/?


It allows you to fast-travel semi lore friendly to some main locations in DC.


Would some like to expand or recreate the mod so we have caravans all over FO3 and FNV ? - I would love to use this with other travel mods and deactivate fast travel.
