TTW constant freezes with no crash!!

Hey guys, i have been playing this mod for sometime and it's amazing, but now i started getting some frequent freezes with looping music and i cant even exit to desktop. Here is my load order:

If you're using Windows 10, disable NVSR. Windows 10 broke it ages ago, and it causes stutter and freezing.

Sorry should have mentioned that, i am using windows 8.1 in a 64 bit system so that should not be the problem

Stutter remover can still cause issues if you're using the "wrong" settings for your particular CPU. In the performance guide, there are posted settings files for AMD and Intel. You might try removing stutter remover and see if it works. If it does, look into the settings. You should be able to get it to work.
