Specs: Windows 10 64-Bit Fall Update or whatever. i5-4690k, GTX 1060 6GB, 8GB 2133mhz. That's all that matters.
So just as the title says, having crashes constantly in the CW. I've been playing TTW for years now, and have done every single .ini change, fix, etc you have listed, minus the ENB thing. Since I don't use ENBs or anything like that.
I'm crashing at places that I crash at in normal FO3, that I remember crashing at years ago, but I can never figure out why that is. I've attached by Load Order and Install Log. I don't really run any crazy mods, and everything I have shouldn't cause any issues. They are mostly just some minor stuff. I'm running the NMC textures for FO3 and NV, because for some reason no matter what I do the .bat scripts that Batty made, ALWAYS do a file cannot be found for like 100 textures. I re-downloaded them like 5 times just to make sure they weren't broken. Same thing. So I just installed the textures on each game separately.
NV runs perfectly it's just CW I have these crashes. I am running NVSE, NVAC, NVSR, everything else you can think of that is required or highly recommended. The crashes are random and happen in set places and in a certain time frame. Monitored GPU usage, CPU usage, and RAM usage. To see if I had some strange leaks or something. Never hit above 50% on any of them.
This is all on a fresh install of TTW, as I haven't been on it in about a year, newer computer, hard drive, etc. So nothing strange left over that might be messing it up. From the ground up new install of Fallout 3 and New Vegas. Running the Steam GOTY versions with the Microsoft bullshit taken care of and all that.
From what I can see my install was clean and I see no issues. Oh also did all the bUseThreadedAI changes and all that. The first thing I do before anything else is do all the .ini changes.
So yeah any help would be awesome. Literally spend like 6 hours trying to figure out what the problem is. The only thing I can think of is perhaps while installing some mods with Nexus something happened and maybe something got messed up. But if that were the case wouldn't TTW not even function or would it still function but cause random issues like this? Also I used FOMM to install TTW not Nexus. I only use Nexus to add mods after. Since Nexus hates TTW (too large of an archive or something, idk).
