Suddenly freezes entire PC when trying to load.

I had this happen earlier when starting my game via mouse cursor, making sure I used our 360 controller to confirm my load seemed to fix that.

Until now, I'm having the same problem but even with the controller. I cant minimize or pull up task manager, I have to restart my PC.

I tried my 2 loads, quicksave and "continue". This happens after loading from the main menu.

Also having a lot of NPCs with different skin tones.

Anyone have any quick tips for this? I will provide install log, etc. if necessary I'm just not familiar with all this.

I have the Anthology Collection on Steam, I'm on windows 10, my cpu is a Ryzen 5 1500x and 8gb ddr4. My load order matches the install tutorial, ATM I have no mods other than ToTW.
