So I'm experiencing some weird stutters when firing shotguns and miniguns/gantling lasers.When I fire with a shotgun the game stops for a slip second and when I fire with a minigun my framerate drops to 10-20 fps.It's weird because rifles and energy weapons work just fine.
I'm playing a heavily modded game with around 200 mods and 130 plugins.I dare not go above 130 since when I did I was having major problems with flickering/missing textures.
I mostly followed a guide on youtube about modding TTW with MO by WalkMan.

It's important to mention I'm using a heavily modified version of Midharstic ENB.I really like it because I think It looks very authentic and with very good performance.Also,I cannot be the cause of the stutter since the were around even before I installed an ENB.
I've tried all sorts of fixes online but none of them worked.The TTW Performance Guide helped with general stability and performance but didn't with this problem.Do note that I've set bHookCriticalSections to 0 the included .ini for the newer processors because this was causing sudden stutters .
