New/first install - can't open door to station in Freeside

Just installed TTW onto a medium-heavilly modded FNV. Wanted to test going back and forth to Capitol Wasteland. Game starts with TTW splash screen, so I must have done something right. Found train station but door is blocked with wood.

System: Win10 Pro, i5-4690K, 16GB

Mod Organizer 1.3.11, Fallout 3 GOTY (steam download), Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition (DVD purchase but entered key into Steam for all files)

Symptoms: Can't enter Freeside train station.

Tried disabling all mods - overlay wasn't visible.

Tried disabling just the mods I thought might cause a problem - didn't help.

Wanted to check .bsa order per mod-organizer-users-please-read, but don't know/can't remember how to do that.

Is there a list of mods that are known to be incompatible?

Sorry for the delay, we cannot see unpublished posts in the new posts yet.

You are using Freeside Open without the patch for it.

YUP is not compatible with TTW, use TTWFIxes.
