Crashing and severe visual bugs when exiting vault 101

I installed TTW and everything went well. I ran the game with no mods except for MCM and everything that comes with TTW. I played through all of the intro to FO3 and it played perfectly. However, when I tried to exit Vault 101 for the first time, the load screen would pop up, and then after a second it would crash. It did this the three or four times I tried it.

I used NVAC and it stopped the game from crashing but another issue presented itself. The visuals outside of the vault were severely screwed up. I attached some examples.

Can someone help me?

After installing NVAC, you need to setup your graphics options again from the default launcher.

Turn off MSAA, intel does not support that.
