Crashing near anchorage memorial

System Specs: Windows 10, Core i7 4770k, 16 GB RAM

Mod manager: FOMM 0.14.11.12

TTW Install Log (My Documents\my games\TaleOfTwoWastelands\Install Log.txt): attached

Current Load Order (Most mod managers have a quick and easy way to export this): attached too

Symptoms (What is it doing vs. What you expect it to be doing): Game crashing when i'm teleporting/walking near anchorage memorial.

What you have already tried: Disable/enable mods, reinstalling game.

Fallout 3 version: Steam (Not GOTY)

Issue appears on this zone:

Blue marks - crashes.

Is the text file in the same order as your actual load order? Because if it is, I'm surprised you got far enough to crash at the memorial at all. I also found this post regarding XRE which might help with your particular set up.
