Hmm, mine is set to 1. Can you tell what does this Replace Random do?

I'm using stutter remover with default settings, PN with FWE preset, and MMM preset A and not having any issues with respawn timers.  Everything I've cleared out respawns in around 3 days.  I haven't timed it but anywhere I've revisited after approximately that long is repopulated.  One thing I have notice is with random spawns.  There are certain places that just stick in my memory that there will always be a random spawn and when I get close to those places the game usually pauses when it generates that spawn.  For instance, the destroyed farmhouse by the bridge above Megaton, right next to Vault 106, at the top of the hill overlooking the town of Minefield, etc.  I don't get the same sort of pause for static spawns that are always the same in an area even though MMM randomly increases the number of spawns there.

As mentioned, for NVSR bReplaceRandom = 0  is default for me, not having changed anything inside it before or altered any other mods settings AFAIK. 


Another example then, I cleared Union Station and got my ticket for New Vegas but walked back to Rivet City to sell loot and get other supplies.  Surprise! surprise! when I returned the very next day and walked through the station door to be confronted by the same centaur and super mutants on 'post' and patrol... 


I must mention (and have in other threads) I made the mistake of cleaning ITM's only to find out later you shouldn't here... but kept playing since it didn't seem to cause an issue up to that point. Now?

Well... It didn't fix

Well... It didn't fix anything, so I reinstalled everything and started a new save (without MMM from the beginning). It seems that at least super mutants stopped sprinting more than Usain Bolt and are now a bit more normal. I have to test more to see if I have any respawn issues.
