"The main TTW FOMOD must be installed first"

I'm receiving this error when trying to activate the optional TTW FOMOD in FOMM. I have already activated the Main FOMOD, though the esp is not appearing in my plugins list.

I'm using Windows 7, version 0.14.11.13 of FOMM, and I'm trying to install version 2.9.4 of TTW. I am having this issue with and without the LAA patch for FOMM.

I'm really not the best or most informed on this kind of stuff but I really cannot find where I'm going wrong with this. Any help is appreciated.

It's bugged atm, you can install each manually.

I installed manually myself, so I didn't run into the issue. Of course, I DID forget to update FalloutPrefs.ini as well as FALLOUT.ini, so it failed to run (got stuck trying to run FO3 startup). So don't forget to update BOTH files like the install guide says or you'll have a bad time.
