TTW refuses to install, error near end of installation

So I'm installing ttw right now and I'm getting an error when I go to overwrite something in the ini. The installer, near the end asks me to overwrite 3 different number entries and spits this out into an error text when it finishes.

What's is giving this error, the installer, the mod manager you are using, what?

I am using FOMM, now I normally use NMM. I should also mention that I'm running it in admin mode with the ini not on read only

So this is installing the FOMOD then.

OK which version of FOMM?
