Missing combat voices, grunts, death sounds and shouts, taunts Only

Post by warchief » Mon Apr 25, 2016 6:18 am

First off, apologies if done wrong. Now I have recently started using ttw and everything works perfectly fine except for one small minor problem but one that is, admittedly, driving me nuts. When enabling TTW, I found out some of the hostile npcs in vegas are missing their combat grunts, death shouts and taunts. The subtitles play but there is no voice to be heard. Everything else works fine, dialogues, player voice (power attacks and such), ambient sounds, critter death shouts, etc. I have tried disabling TTW and the problem corrected itself so I have narrowed it down to TTW. I also tried to unpack the fallout nv and 3 bsa which contains the voices and put it in the corresponding folder but that didnt do any good. I want to know if this is indeed a known issue or an error in my part. I followed the installation instructions and made sure that everything was done in the correct order. Thanks in advance.

Examples of missing combat voices that I heard (this is from NV): "You like that?" "Murderer!" "What have you done?!" "Aaaah!" "Ugh!" "Noooo!" "Retribution!"

To be clear, I started in NV using the ttw startupmenu, which means that I havent tested the capital wasteland yet.

I was discussing this and other issues with voice earlier with some team members. A solution for this and other issues when using NV mods is in the works.

Ah I see. I guess I'll just have to live with it. Thank you.
