FOMODs won't build correctly

Running Windows 10 Home 64 x64, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz w/ 8.00 GB RAM

I'm using (or at least will be using) the latest version of FOMM

FO3 is the Steam GOTY edition.

When building FOMODs at the end of install, I get a message that says "An error occurred while installing: Can not load 7-zip library or internal COM error! Message: failed to load library

When I go to the folder where I'm trying to install TTW only the main FOMOD is there, not the optional one.

I've never really attemped installing a mod before, so please assume in your explanations that you are talking to an idiot.

A few tips that hopefully will help :

• 
  Make sure you unzip the TTW Installer files from their 7z file after you download it


• 
  Make sure that you have a folder called resources with the files you unzipped


• 
  Make sure you run the installer as admin

Hopefully these will help fix the problem.
