The first crash is something

Post by RoyBatty » Sat Jun 16, 2018 3:37 pm

The first crash is something I don't know.

The second crash is trying to do something with audio.

The rest of the crashes are out of memory.

Uninstall NMC, your laptop cannot handle it, you don't have enough ram.

remove RWD, it is not compatible with BLEED and BLEED does the same stuff and more.

Ragdolls maybe cause crashes according to the author.

There's probably other issues with some of those mods, but I can't trouble shoot everything.

No no no, you see, I don't have those mods installed anymore. I was just running with these mods and these were installed on a fresh FONV install. No NMC either. https://paste.ubuntu.com/p/HXCXJXjbK6/

Crashes in my last comment happened with this setup. So either it's my system somehow not playing nice with TTW, or I failed horrendously at installing it (somehow). I don't think it's about those other few mods, due to them not being related to meshes/textures.

Also, my desktop should be able to handle NMC (at least was before), since this old girl got through hundreds of hours of heavily modded FONV. But then again, I'm not sure how much extra load TTW would bring on her. At this point I don't really care about the graphics anyhow, I just want to play the game, really.

Pertaining to your audio crash remark, I do have ogg vorbis libraries installed: http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/61265
Should I remove them then?

Edit: I should point out I have my Nvidia drivers up to date.

Here's an interesting question, did I need, TTWFixesHotfixes?

Because I assumed it was an old file since it wasn't mentioned in the post, which upon closer examination, seems up to date(2016).

Edit: Nope, didn't help either.

Well your specs post said a GT745 with shared ram with the system is why I thought it was a laptop.

I have no idea why you are having such issues, such things are usually related to the esms being the vanilla Fallout 3 ones or some mods like MMUE or NVEC deleting records TTW needs.

Other than that, I haven't the slightest idea.

Yup. Me neither, this is the first time I'm having this much trouble with modded FONV. I tried doing a regular modded FONV setup after this, which has failed as well. So I'm just going to blame it on the new windows update or something and move on.

Thanks for the help, appreciate it.
