Using the pipboy freezes my game

Ok, so ive been playing through the game perfectly fine up to this point. I started doing Operation Anchorage and i completed the first part (destroying the artillery). But after going to General Chases tent and hearing his speech and getting my requisitions I cant open my Pipboy it freezes my game and makes me have to force quit. I dont even see my character pull up the pipboy it just freezes as soon as i hit Tab. Ive tried going to a previous save were everything was perfectly fine and before I started Operation Anchorage but the bug spread to those too. 


 


I know my load order is a mess but everything worked perfectly fine until i got to Operation Anchorage and i didnt install anything during my time in Operation Anchorage either so i doubt its a mod.I read somewhere on here that there was a bug with the pipboy in things like Operation and Tranquility Lane but im not using readius or 2500 just a higher res 3000. 


And yes i have tried using "player.additem 00015038 1" and "player.equipitem 00015038" but they didnt help

If you're using RWED then you don't need RWD at all, you have too many NevadaSkies esp's enabled, you only need the TTW one, and you are missing the fix file which you can find linked in our FAQ. Is the FO3WRP converted properly, mill doesn't give permission so I assume you did that yourself? Same with the Combat Shotgun and C96 replacers.

Remove it, I doubt that patch is compatible, and it's likely already included since a long time if it's a bug fix.

OK something happened! I was able to actually open it (bring it up to my face) but the screen was black I then but it down and tried to open it again then it froze. I can go back into the game and this happens again it was not a one time thing. This bug really confuses me


 


P.S I haven't reinstalled yet

Yes i did convert everything myself and thanks for telling me what's irrelevant. Last night i did completely reinstall TTW and it still didn't work. I also turned of all plugins and just ran vanilla FNV but i still couldn't open my pipboy. I'm now going to try a complete reinstall. I'll report back in 2-3 hours
