Like CDTalmas said, TTW is two games, not one, including all the DLC. This more than doubles the strain on resources and adding heavy mods on top of it increases the strain even further. Like we have in the FAQ, get the game running without mods first in a stable manner. TTW has been tested extensively by our lead tester who plays with a completely vanilla install.
Instability and crashes are 99% of the time caused by mods or user error, this is just our experience.
Excuse me if I came off snarky, but using NMC's packs when you have a very very low end video card seems like a no brainer to me, uninstall them and any other resource intensive mods and see if that helps your issues. This is standard troubleshooting practice.
A lot of time has been put into the guides around here, as TTW is they are WIP, YMMV.
Once you start adding mods, then the responsibility falls upon you to manage your game and get it stable on your system. We can only provide advice and a limited amount of support, this is not our day job. This isn't nexus, we can't and won't hire support staff to be a "community manager". There is endless resources on the internet specific to modding both Fallout 3 and Fallout NV. Again, it is the USERS responsibility to take control of their game and modding it. You'll find the community (here and elsewhere) much more willing to help those who help themselves. It's really not that hard to learn, tech savvy or not. If you aren't willing to invest the time yourself, I don't understand why you think someone else would.
