Evening all...
I keep running into constant freezing and CTD with my game since loading TTW. I was able to play through FO3 with only minor interruptions (Mostly CTD) but now that I'm in goodsprings its freezing and crashing far more often. I've only ever used NMM for mods in the past as it was extremely easy to use and most things work with it. I swapped over to FOMM 0.14.11.12 so I could try this AMAZING mod. (I mean that whole heartedly. Tech issues aside I'm floored by the amount of work you folks have put in on this. That train station, plus the ability to keep the same character/and companions (Dogmeat and Fawkes). Again AMAZING!!!!) FOMM does not show some of the mods that I initialy installed in NMM such as NMC's meduim packs. I've made the changes to my ini and pref files and followed the performance guide. Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Heres my stuff

Both FNV and FO# are the game of the year versions downloaded on Steam.

You have New Vegas Bounties installed but you don't have the someguyseries.esm master file installed for one thing. I didn't think the game would even load if there was a missing master.
Produces the programming equivalent of coffee stains.

That's not how it works, if you're missing a master the game should crash. Are you using an older version of bounties?

Its version 1.3 I can see it goes up to 1.5 now. But I dont think that mod is the issue.

Are you using any of the performance and stability tweaks that are outlined in this thread? https://taleoftwowastelands.com/content/ttw-performance-guide

Yes I had. It actually seemed to make things worse.
But at this point I've decided that I'm going to perform a fresh from zero install using Mod Organiser as opposed to FOMM. I like the idea of being able to activate and deactivate mods without ruining my original vanilla install. That way if something starts going wrong I can work backwards. Not a bad way to spend a 3 day weekend...right?

Well I think you'll just have to invest in a video card that isn't potato level. A 4200 is below the minimum required specs of both games.
