Game freezes when Everett in the pitt tries to talk to me

Game freezes when Everett in the pitt tries to talk to me

I'm doing the quest Unsafe working condition (the pitt dlc), after I have collected 10 steel ingots and got back to the mill, the game freezes when ​Everett approach and tries to talk to me. This is the first time I've encountered a problem with TTW. I'm also using the 4gb patch.


My specs:


Intel i5-4690k


MSI GTX970


8GB RAM


Windows 7 64bit


Things I have tried:


-Lower the settings


-Change clothes, guns when I enter the mill


UPDATE: I was able to get pass him by using coc, I also noticed that the game will freeze in the mill if I open the console.
