Can't Pick up Luck Bobblehead

I'm new to the forums here, but have been reading them quite often, so hopefully I have everything right. If not then please correct me. Anyway, my issue with the FO3 Luck Bobblehead is that I can't pick it up. When I hover my cursor over it, it has no name, value or weight and attempting to pick it up doesn't do anything. I've included a screenshot to better illustrate my problem.

Operating System: Windows 7

Processor: Intel Core i5 - 2500 CPU 3.30 GHz

RAM: 8 GB

Mod Manager: FOMM (0.14.11.12)

My Fallout 3 is the Steam GOTY and New Vegas is Steam Ultimate Edition.

I have the TTW log, Load Order and Screenshot as file attachements.

Some kind of mod conflict is the only possible outcome. You have several "fixes" mods however are also running TTW fixes (which is a giant FO3/NV vanilla game bug fix), and no merge patch to help smooth out some conflicts that likely exist in that huge a load order.

I hadn't noticed those fixes, thought I'd removed all of them already. Anyway, after deleting them the bobblehead works fine so yeah, some kinda conflict between the fixes and ttw fixes. Thanks for the help.

You should not use *any* fix mods except TTW Fixes.

I had this issue and found the problem was either Novac or Primm Reborn, I can't recall which essentially one of them uses the luck bobblehead as decoration and overwrites TTW edits. I simply fixed it using FNVEdit.

Using the tool you could find what mod is overwriting the bobbleheads and make the necessary alterations, dragging the TTWOptions.esp to the bottom of the load order should also work as it contains bobblehead edits.
