An issue with glow maps/environment mask

I'm using the bornagain replacers for the textures, as well as FWE. I'm also using the meshes for the female power armors and I've assigned them in the FWE plugin as the active file. The only problem I'm running into is, well mainly with the female armors. I don't have errors or anything, but I'm wracking my brain in GECK trying to figure it out. I've assigned a texture set and added all the glow maps / environment masks to the power armors. They work just fine on  a male, but the female only gets the texture. The glow maps and whatnot do not seem to show. So I thought it was an issue with the mesh needing the texture paths to be assigned to the parts of the mesh to include the glow/EM. I did this, and still it doesn't seem to display properly. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd appreciate the heads up. I just want my glowy bits.

Glow maps are in the Alpha

Glow maps are in the Alpha channel of the normal map or diffuse texture (don't remember which one). There you have to look.
